At Darsalma, we strive to provide high-quality books and accessories. Due to the nature of printed and small collectible items, returns are only accepted under specific conditions outlined below.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Books or accessories damaged due to customer handling
• Used bookmarks, magnets, or opened packaging
• Gift cards, digital downloads, or limited edition releases (unless defective)

3. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

• The item was damaged during shipping
• The wrong item was delivered

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and include:

• Photos of the item and packaging
• Your order number

4. Refund Process

• Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, we may issue store credit or provide an exchange

5. Shipping Fees

• We cover return shipping only if the issue is on our side (damaged or wrong item)
• If you return an item due to a personal decision or error, shipping fees are non-refundable
